When lodging an application, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms & Conditions on our website.

PLEASE NOTE prior to booking:

  • There is NO POWER at any of our events, if you are a Food Vendor you must supply your own generator

  • Please apply using the Business Name that appears on your Social Media accounts so we can tag you in all our posts.

  • FOOD VENDORS - Next to your business name, could you please include dietary options e.g: “Wood fire Pizza (V, V, GF, DF) “ (veg, vegan, gluten free, dairy free)

  • BUMP-IN details are emailed 2 days prior to each event.

  • PUBLIC LIABILITY - Please have your Certificate of Currency ready to upload. Do NOT apply without your own insurance.

ONLY select the number of dates that you intend to pay for, IN FULL, on approval.

You will be sent an invoice for all the dates you select, and all those dates are payable within 7 DAYS. Part payments are not accepted. Unpaid invoices will be deleted and your bookings will be cancelled.
