BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
ALL BOOKINGS, changes, requests must be made via this website or email
Bookings & Payment must be received & paid 7 to 14 days prior to each event.
Please DO NOT TEXT our staff, or private message on social media, as these messages get lost.
Bookings & Payments should be received at least 2 weeks prior to each event. Late bookings may still be approved if space is available.
If you need extra time to pay please email to let us know, or your booking may be cancelled and given to another vendor.
RESTRICTIONS
Please note we are not accepting applications for the following stalls, without prior approval from management. NO more CANDLES, EARRINGS, LICORICE, CRYSTALS or TOYS
FOOD VENDORS
Our markets are booked months in advance for Food Vendors.
There is a standby list for food vendors at every market.
Please apply below and we will discuss availability with you.

3rd Friday ~ MILKY WAY Market, Kingston 16-Feb, 15-Mar, 19-Apr, 17-May, 21-Jun, 19-Jul, 16-Aug, 20-Sep, 18-Oct, 15-Nov, 20-Dec
4th Friday ~ McKINNON Market, Yarrabilba 23-Feb, 22-Mar, 26-Apr, 24-May, 28-Jun, 26-Jul, 23-Aug, 27-Sep, 25-Oct, 22-Nov, 28-Dec
NEW VENDORS may apply for up to 3 markets in advance.
* ONLY SELECT the dates which you intend to pay for on approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications are NOT approved until Payment and Public liability certificate is received and confirmation sent via email. Once approved, further information regarding set up, parking, etc will be emailed directly to you 48 hours prior to the event.
